Our return policy varies depending on the product type and reason for the return. Please see below for specific details:
Clothing - Please be careful about choosing a size that is most likely to fit based on the size charts provided. We do not encourage multi-size orders for purposes of size sampling and will not accept returns in these cases. Please contact us regarding the problem with your ordered items and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do reserve the right to refuse clothing returns but will do our best to work with you. Feel free to contact us in advance with sizing questions.
Non-clothing items - Customer will be responsible for shipping any unwanted items back to our studio within 30 days. Upon receipt of the items in their unused condition we will issue a refund of the item(s) price. Shipping will not be refunded.
Premium Wall Art - We do not offer refunds for our Premium Wall Art. Exchanges may be possible but customer will be responsible for all related shipping expenses.
Damaged or Defective Items - please contact us in the event of receiving a damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
